Hamid Arabnejad

Postdoctoral Researcher

Dr Hamid Arabnejad is a postdoctoral researcher at IC4.

Previously, he was a PhD student at the Faculty of Engineering University of Porto (FEUP).He participated in the European Commission’s COST Action on Open European Network for High Performance Computing on Complex Environments and In June 2012, he was a visiting researcher at the IN2P3 Computing Center, Lyon (France). Also in October 2014, he spent two weeks as a visiting researcher at the Institute for Computer Science – University of Innsbruck, Innsbruck (Austria) as part of the Short Term Scientific Mission (STSM) supported by the Network for Sustainable Ultrascale Computing (NESUS) COST Action .His research interests are related to Parallel and distributed computing, Heterogeneous Computing, Scheduling in heterogeneous environments, QoS resource management and Cloud Computing.
